Web Site Design: We usually charge a flat fee to design a web site. Exceptions would include large sites or special programs (java apps, etc.). Our fee for this service is $300. Some companies charge more by the hour than our flat fee. We do this because we want your business and don't believe in over charging our valued customers.

We offer a RealAudio server for those customers in need of real time streaming capabilities. This feature is included in our Corporate and Premier hosting plans. However, it can also be purchased a la carte with our Basic hosting plan for an additional fee. The version that we currently support is RealAudio 5.0 and allows up to 100 streams.
Network
The Network Operations Center (NOC) houses an OC-12 rack with direct fiber optic
termination facilities. The OC-12 is connected directly to the Internet backbone via
multiple and redundant T-3(45Mbps) lines. Network circuits are provisioned on separate
local carriers and utilize a 100Mbps Ethernet backbone. These carriers use the latest
SONET, FDDI and ATM technology for the highest level of availability and redundancy.
Network circuits are connected to multiple Cisco 7206 routers. The routers
utilize Cisco BGP4 routing for diversity and network load balancing. These routers are
connected to Redundant Cisco Catalyst 5000 (100 MB) switches that carry all IP traffic to
the web servers. All network facilities are protected by multiple line conditioners /
surge protectors and backed up by both UPS and multiple 30,000 watt diesel generators.
Robotic tape backups are performed daily and stored offsite.
Servers
We utilize both Dell and Compaq servers. These servers are configured with:
* Multiple processor 300MHz Pentium II or higher CPU's
* 384 MB RAM or higher
* Multiple SCSI 9GB hard drives (RAID 5)
* Multiple 100 MB Ethernet cards
All servers run Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Server with Internet Information server 3.0 and
4.0.
The Network Operation Center is monitored 24 hours a day by closed circuit cameras and motion detectors.
