· Upgrades / Repairs to Your Existing System
If it's broke we can fix it. If it's just not as fast as it used to be we can breathe new life in to your aging system with an upgrade or a new custom PC.
· PC Tune-up, Virus & Spyware Removal
YourWay is able to clean and repair computers with virus and spyware problems without erasing the hard drive and reinstalling the operating system. . This allows our customer to retain their data and programs. Many of our competitors wouldn't even try or know how to do this work. Our Tune-up process starts with a very comprehensive virus and spyware removal using both automated and manual processes. Our processes for virus and spyware removal are constantly updated and upgraded to address new threats and issues. Currently this process involves removing the hard drive from the infected computer and installing it into one of our virus and spyware removal stations. At this point semi automated routines are run on the hard drive to remove viruses, spyware, and malicious or harmful registry entries. During this process our custom software is installed on the hard drive. Now the hard drive is reinstalled into the customer's computer and a semi automated process is continued. After this process is complete our custom software performs common repairs to Windows. After this is done a technician will manually examine the system for any abnormalities and malfunctions. If any problems are found they are addressed by the technician. Once the technician has determined that the system is working properly the tune-up process is complete.
